UNA Harrogate: SDG13: CLIMATE CHALLENGE - engaging business

The severity of the challenge posed by climate change is beginning to get the publicity it deserves.  However, there is still a long way to go.  Pretty soon, the world will align to this being the most significant agenda for all walks of society.  Many businesses will contribute to mitigation through operations ranging from renewable energy through to reforestation.  

In 2020, Clive Wilson, chair of UNA Harrogate, will be writing "WEATHER FORECAST - a purposeful response to the climate challenge".  He will demonstrate how businesses can align to the challenge and cite case studies of those that are already taking it seriously.  

At this UNA Harrogate event, Clive will engage with attendees to help him form a plan of action to engage business and make the most of this publication. 

The event, as usual will be hosted at the offices of Primeast, 5 Greengate, Cardale Park, Harrogate HG3 1GY on Monday 29 April.  Arrive 6pm for a 6.30pm start, finish by 8.30pm.
