Olivia works with UNA-UK’s organisational partners to raise awareness for UNA-UK and sourcing new stakeholders to engage with and help build support for the UN in the UK. She is also responsible for the planning and execution of the fundraising strategy for UNA-UK.
Before joining UNA-UK, Olivia completed a 4-year Politics with Economics degree at the University of Bath, particularly focusing on immigration, the current refugee crisis and conflict and security issues. She is currently studying part-time towards her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at BPP University Law School.
Olivia has previously volunteered with The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN), working with refugees in the UK who are trying to set up their own businesses. She also runs her own voluntary project, working with organisations based across various refugee camps in Greece, to supply urgently required supplies and fundraising on their behalf to ensure their work can continue. She recently worked at a refugee camp with Lifting Hands International in Serres, Northern Greece.
