You are here: Action results: members and supporters share gender equality concerns

In advance of last month's meeting of the UN's Commission on the Status of Women, we asked our members and supporters to tell us which of the Millennium Development Goals with targets pertaining to women was of most concern to them. Our online poll took over 300 votes, with the following results:

  • Education: 37%
  • Equality: 23%
  • Action to tackle poverty: 22%
  • Environmental sustainability: 10%
  • Maternal health: 7%
