WACUNA: digital feminism - speaker event

WACUNA’s Council meeting is in London on Wednesday 15 July. Katharina Jens will speak on 'Digital feminism 2015 and beyond - how global online technology is empowering a new generation.'    

Katharina is a delightful Norwegian who until recently has been volunteering at the UNA-UK offices as the Outreach Intern, working with the youth branches. She wrote about violence against women and how conflict affects women in Peru, and she helped to organise the annual youth conference on 29 May at the International Maritime Organization on Surviving Nuclear Zero.

All are welcome, but please confirm your attendance before Friday 10 July 2015 with the Hon. Secretary Mrs Rubi Bhattacharyya, as the venue needs the names of attendees for security reasons.
