Terms and conditions for iPad2 and New York competitions

1. Entry signifies acceptance of the below rules

2. There will be two draws. The first draw will be for a chance to win an ipad2 and the second draw for a trip to New York. There will be only one winner per draw.

3. One entry is permitted per eligible entrant

4. Entrants must be aged between 18 - 26 years old and living in the United Kingdom.

5. Entrants must be attending a UK university.

6. Entries will be accepted from 22 August 2011.

7. There is no purchase necessary to enter the draw for the iPad2. Contact information must be obtained in order to be entered into this draw. In order to enter into the New York draw you must be a National Youth member of UNA-UK.

8. Where available you can enter to win the iPad2 at your local UNA-UK branch's freshers' fair.

9. All entrance forms will be mailed to UNA-UK by your local UNA Youth branch. Alternatively Entrants for both the New York trip and the iPad2 can also enter online at www.una.org.uk/freshers.

10. The closing date for entries to win the iPad2 and trip to New York is 12 noon, 31 December 2011 GMT. Competition entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw. UNA-UK will not be held responsible for entries which are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

11. Personal information obtained, will be held by UNA-UK and your local UNA Youth Branch, and will not be shared with any other third party.

12. A winner will be picked randomly by a UNA-UK representative.

13. The winners will be notified by email by 6 January 2012. The winner of the iPad2 will receive it within two weeks of the draws date. The New York trip will take place in late March 2012.

14. The winner will be announced on the UNA-UK website after the winner has been notified. The winner's name can also be provided upon request however any other personal information regarding the winner will not be provided.

15. The winner of the New York trip will be required to write a report about their visit to the United Nations and any other diplomatic trip which may be scheduled by UNA-UK.

16. UNA-UK will provide the winner of the New York trip with an airline ticket, hotel booking and entrance ticket into the United Nations as well as an additional small allowance. UNA-UK will not pay for any food, beverages, transportation, souvenirs, additional day or night trip expenditures, telephone calls, internet access, airline luggage fees or any other fees which are not included within the original ticket to and from New York. This also includes additional hotel expenditures which are not included within the original booking, service tips or any other miscellaneous excess fees or expenditures.

17. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other goods.

18. UNA-UK reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this promotion at any time without notice or liability.

19. Those entered into the draw agree to be sent promotional and any other information by UNA-UK and/or their local youth branch.

20. UNA-UK reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not fully comply with these rules.
