Feedback on UNA-UK's draft strategic plan

The Board of UNA-UK has been developing a new four-year strategic plan for the organisation and, since early this year, has been seeking feedback from UNA-UK members as part of this process.

The plan has been developed over the past nine months, in consultation with UNA-UK's local, regional and national branches, and has been refined following UNA-UK's 2011 Policy Conference, which voted to endorse the policy priorities and focus areas identified.

We would now appreciate your help in finalising the plan. The latest draft of the plan is available below, along with two documents that explain more clearly how the plan was developed and how it fits in with UNA-UK's policy-making processes:

Please send us your feedback

We would value your feedback on the draft strategic plan. Please send your feedback to Hayley Richardson on the details below no later than 5pm on 6 September 2011.

Your feedback will be collated and presented to the UNA-UK Board, which will then incorporate any necessary revisions to the plan. A final draft will be made available to UNA-UK members ahead of a General Meeting of UNA-UK, at which the plan will be formally received.
