UNA Wales
Branches across Wales recently welcomed a travelling exhibition on women peacemakers. On loan from the Peace Museum in Bradford, the exhibition showcases the vital and varied roles that women play in peacemaking - from conflict resolution to reconstruction and reconciliation. The exhibition attracted much attention and raised the profile of UNA-UK. One visitor said "an interesting display - enlightening and informative, giving pause for thought and renewing interest in the peace movement and the UNA".
The Peace Museum has two other travelling exhibitions, one on the 20th Century Peace Movement and one on what peace means today in multicultural Bradford. For further information and to find out how your branch can obtain an exhibition, please visit www.peacemuseum.org.uk
